Tapping a town on the Regional Map now shows any active watches, warnings, or advisories for that exact spot at the top of its popup — color-coded (red warning, orange watch, yellow advisory) — above the conditions and forecast. If nothing's active, it says so.

The Regional Map is now a multi-page dashboard for the Rochester area, in the style of duluthareaweather.com: Local current conditions for Rochester, Owatonna, and Austin; a Regional station map with animated radar and active-alert overlays (tap any town for a 4-day forecast and air quality); winter Road conditions from MnDOT RWIS sensors; and a live Wind particle map of southeast Minnesota. No lake or marine pages — those are Duluth-only.
